Menu & Reservation Information 

All dinners are by reservation only. 

Guests are invited to arrive for the start of dinner at 6:30. 

Dinner is $36.00 per person, not including tax or gratuity. 

Menu :  June's dinner will be a three course dinner.  Each guest may choose one starter course, one entree course, and all guests will be served the same delicious dessert course. Coffee or Tea are included in the dinner price.  Wine, beer and soda may be purchased by the glass with dinner.  Touring will not be a part of this dinner.

STARTERS (choose one)

Beer Battered Squash Blossoms 
With zucchini pickles and vodka chili sauce.  

Strawberry and Spinach Salad
With maple balsamic vinaigrette and Great Hill Blue Cheese.   

ENTREES (choose one)

Bison Sirloin Steak 
Dry rubbed and grilled with rhubarb and Vidalia onion marmalade.  Served with roasted sweet potato.   
 
Paella  
Chicken and Chorizo sausage stewed with tomatoes and mussels over saffron rice.

Vegetarian Black Bean Enchilada
Tempeh onions, peppers, black beans and rice baked in a flour tortilla with pepper jack cheese.  Topped with vodka hot pepper sauce.


DESSERT

Strawberry Cream Puff  
Homemade profiteroles stuffed with fresh strawberry mousse and drizzled with chocolate sauce.
 

Reservation Policy

1. All dinners are by reservation only.
2. Reservations can be made up until 48 hours prior to the dinner date. If space is available we may be able to take late reservations.
3. Reservations can be cancelled up until 4 days prior to the dinner date.  Reservations cancelled less than 4 days prior to the dinner date will incur a $20 per guest.
4. Reservations can be made at any point.  Menu is changed monthly.  We will email the menu to those who make reservations prior to the announcement of the menu on the web site.
5. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.
6. You can make reservations by emailing dinners@flaghill.com or calling 603-659-2949.  Please have your dinner choices and credit card number ready.


Time

1. Guests should plan to arrive between 6:15 and 6:30 for the start of the first course at 6:30.  If a group dinner is planned please be sure to communicate with your group what time you will all be arriving, as you will be seated together as a group when the entire group is present.
2. Touring will not be a part of the evening's dinner.
3. Appropriate attire is business casual.
