

Our menus at Flag Hill are designed by our Executive Chef. We feature many popular wedding favorites, however custom designed menus can be created to suit your special or unique desires.
Our most popular banquet menu (Red & White Blend) is presented buffet style. Substitution choices and costs are presented and many can be done either buffet or plated. We offer many great additional options, which are listed a la carte so you can easily see and understand pricing.

We are currently booking for the 2012 and 2013 outdoor wedding seasons (mid May-mid October). We have some fantastic weekend dates available for our indoor dining room between mid-October and mid-May, including weekend dates in the 2012 spring season. Please note that although convenient for your guests, it is not mandatory to have your wedding ceremony on site in order to book a wedding reception at Flag Hill.
