SUGAR MAPLE LIQUEUR
Incredibly full and rich maple syrup aromas and flavors linger while you wait for the soft butteriness (Yeah, that’s a word) of the spirit to take over your palate. Incredible in cocktails, amazing replacement for Sweet Vermouth, unreal on its own, on your pork loin, on your ice cream, in a snow cone, in coffee, even on your oatmeal.
You have to try this, seriously. Tart, sweet, heavy, soft, and tantalizing. More than a couple synaptic snaps happen when this hits your tongue. Intensely cranberry, but not overwhelming. This spirit has lots of uses, whether it’s our popular Flag Hill Cosmo, or a Flag Hill Kir Royale with our Flag Hill Sparkling Cayuga White, you can’t go wrong.
The liqueur is slightly reminiscent of a fortified wine. Unbelievable blueberry aroma are unmistakable when this hits your glass. Just like all of our other liqueurs there is a lot that can be done with it. We recommend using in any cocktail that may call for anything blueberry. It is amazing in a glass as a dessert, in a simple vodka blueberry martini, in a reduced syrup for pancakes, or in one of Chef Zach’s macarons (come to brunch and you’ll see what we mean).
Wow – vanilla, cinnamon, and familiar rum esters dominate the glass. A very very subtle oak influence comes through towards the end of the sip. The spirit was born from a love of incredible rum, not wanting to lose what rum is, but wanting to make it more. Put this rum in hot cocoa to understand why your life hasn’t been fulfilled yet.
FLAG HILL SPICED RUM
Simply put this rum is like candy without the sugar. Notes of cotton candy, vanilla and candied almond are vibrant enough not to miss, but subtle enough not to want to miss. It’s amazing in a drink as simple as a single orange wheel on the bottom of a rocks glass topped with 2 oz of Flag Hill White Rum or as complex as a Pearl Driver. There are a hundred things you can do with this rum– none of them are wrong.
FLAG HILL WHITE RUM
The high acid apples give us a wild amount of potential for the barrel aging process. Unbelievable quantities of subtle esters mesh perfectly in a cocktail or can be enjoyed by itself with nothing more than a glass. Butterscotch, apple, pear, toasted grain, honey, and hints of ripe apple peels that won’t leave any brandy fan disappointed. If you choose to try this product consider this a warning. You will like it, you will buy it, you will drink it, you will buy more.
JOSIAH BARTLETT APPLE BRANDY
Citrusy, Floral, Fresh, and Fun, this gin is amazing in any gin cocktail – we think it particularly shines in a citrus based cocktail. Many of our customers call this the only gin they will drink. It has pretty, fresh flavors we all love so much in the gin but with a unique finish that is so soft and buttery that even the hardened gin hater has nice things to say. Don’t just take our word for it.
KARNER BLUE GIN
Every vodka lover is looking for one word in their vodkas description – Smooth. We want to give you a few more – Soft, elegant, subtle, delicate and polished. There are not a lot of vodkas made from apples. We hope you find this to be one of the best. The apples were lost long ago on the second distillation but we are left with an incredible buttery elegance that can’t be produced by using grain for the product. We say it a lot but it could not be more true than in this product: quality of input is ≥ quality of product out.
