As we refresh our cocktail menu for the season, we’re saying farewell to a few guest favorites — but not without sharing their recipes with you first.
Every few months, we like to shake things up. It keeps things fresh for our guests and fuels the creativity of our bar team. While we’re excited about the four brand-new signature cocktails now featured in the Tasting Room, we know some of you will be missing the drinks that just stepped offstage.
Here’s your chance to bring them home.
Pineapple Ginger Fizz
One of our most popular cocktails, this bright and bubbly highball features our General John Stark Vodka infused with fresh pineapple. We batch it with house-made ginger syrup for a quick-pour classic that's spicy, sweet, and endlessly sippable.

Pineapple Ginger Fizz Recipe
1.5 oz Pineapple infused Vodka
0.5 oz Ginger syrup
0.25 oz fresh lime juice
Shake with ice
Strain into a highball glass
Top with soda water
Wild Flower
This spring-inspired twist on an Old Fashioned is built on our Straight Rye Whiskey, with local honey, citrus, and floral notes to balance the bold herbal qualities of the spirit. Soft, complex, and boldly aromatic — it’s a perfect transitional sipper.

Wild Flower Recipe
1.5 oz Straight Rye Whiskey
0.25 oz Honey Syrup (2:1 honey to water)
2 dashes of lemon bitters
2 drops of orange blossom water
Stir on ice
Strain over a nice big hunk of ice.
Maple Matcha Mint Julep
Inspired by the Kentucky Derby and reinvented with Flag Hill flair, this cocktail stars our Maple Bourbon Whiskey. We add matcha, mint syrup, and a splash of lemon juice for a sweet, earthy, and invigorating riff on a Southern classic. Maybe we’ll make it the official drink of our County Line Derby next year?

Maple Match Mint Julep Recipe
1.5 oz Maple Bourbon Whiskey
Pinch of matcha powder
0.25 Lemon juice
0.25 Mint Syrup
Shake together
Strain over ice into a lowball glass
We’re always working to bring you something delicious and unexpected in every glass. If you're a creature of habit, we encourage you to step outside your usual picks and try something new — you just might discover a new favorite.
Come visit us in the Tasting Room, open daily from 11am–5pm. On Fridays and Saturdays through summer, we stay open until 7pm to make room for golden hour sipping.
