Spring is here at Flag Hill, and that means it's time to raise a glass to fresh flavors and longer days. Our tasting room team has been loved this seasonal twist on a classic favorite from last year's spring cocktail menu: the Hibiscus Mule. Made with General John Stark Vodka, hibiscus syrup, lime juice, and a spicy splash of ginger beer, this cocktail is floral, vibrant, and perfect for sipping on the patio. And it looks pretty darn sexy too!
The Hibiscus Mule brings together the refreshing tang of a traditional mule with the floral sweetness of hibiscus—making it as beautiful as it is delicious. Whether you're inspired by the launch of our Bubbles & Brunch tickets for 2025 or looking to add some color to one of your own upcoming get togethers, this drink captures the color and spirit of spring in New Hampshire.
Hibiscus Fizz Recipe:
1.5 oz General John Stark Vodka
0.5 oz hibiscus syrup*
0.25 lime juice
Top with Ginger Beer
To Make
Grab your favorite highball glass (no copper mug with a drink this pretty)
Add vodka, hibiscus syrup, and lime juice.
Stir to combine.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wheel or flower and serve immediately.
*Hibiscus Syrup - use dried hibiscus flowers in warm water to create a tea. Then mix equal parts hibiscus tea with granulated sugar. Let cool and store.
We will be serving new spring inspired cocktails all spring long—come by for a glass and enjoy it with a vineyard view. Or take home a bottle of Flag Hill Vodka and mix it up yourself!
